Harassment training strategies to meet organizational needs.

Organizations need to have an up-to-date policy dealing with a wide range of harassment issues, including sexual, racial, age, national origin and religious issues. The EEO has suggested that online training is not as effective as in person training and US Supreme Court decisions have supported the need for employee training on a regular basis to prevent issues from occurring.
