After leaving a long and successful career in the hazardous waste industry, Kirk started Highpoint EHS in 2001. As the company continued to grow at a steady pace, just on referrals, he quickly realized he needed a team to help him with the ever-changing regulations and his growing client base.
With Dalton Cristilly handling the daily business operations, Kirk wanted to make sure to not lose the quality relationships and personal touches that goes along with a family owned and operated business. He reached out to longtime friends Dave Karnes and Justin Wilkins. They brought with them experience, degrees, and certifications to nicely round out the team. Kirk still has his first two clients from 2001 and takes extreme pride in the way his team conducts business.
